Here at Venture Shuffleboard we love the holidays but we cannot get over the craze created around the new shopping holidays. “Black Friday“, “Cyber Monday” and now “Grey Thursday“. These are the days on the calendar that are targeted by big companies as the days when water turns to wine, everything they touch or sell turns to gold. We applaud them for spending billions on advertising and setting the tone for this holiday season. As a small family owned business, with more modest resources, we continue to focus on our primary goals of quality products and superior customer service.
The Holidays Here at Venture
Venture is more than happy to busy manufacturing and selling shuffleboards, but what doesn’t happen this time of year at Venture Shuffleboard is lower quality or less of an experience just because it’s the holidays. A shuffleboard built in November or December is made with the same care and attention to detail as one built in May. We don’t angle or wheel and deal. Our products are quality, our customer service is unsurpassed, and we are steady as she goes. This may not make us the biggest company, but we build with integrity and the knowledge that the experience our customers have in dealing with Venture is as important as the quality of the products delivered. This is not to say every sale goes smoothly, or just how we would like, but it’s how we handle the bumps in the road that sets us apart from our competitors. We here at Venture Shuffleboard hope that whatever the holidays bring you this year that the experience is as rewarding as the gifts themselves.
