Shipping Policy: Venture makes it easy to get your table delivered. All Venture tables include FREE curbside delivery. Additional shipping options are also available, such as inside garage delivery or professional delivery and installation, for additional costs.

Free curbside delivery includes delivery via standard ltl (common carrier) with appointment and lift gate. Venture recommends having 2 or 3 people available for curbside delivery. The delivery company will contact you to make an appointment 2-3 days in advance. The window for delivery is normally 2-4 hours and 1/2 hour call ahead option is available.

Garage Delivery will include the ltl delivery with appointment, lift gate and will deliver into your garage for safe keeping.

Professional delivery and installation includes full blanket wrap installation into the room of choice. Full assembly of the table and removal of all debris. This includes one flight of steps (12) and 1 hour of installation. Venture only uses fully insured and licensed installers. Please include a few photos of your space and the steps, hazards, hallways, etc. for us to quote accurately.

Warranty

ONE YEAR warranty for all accessories against any manufacturer defects.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This Warranty only applies to the initial purchaser of the accessory and is non-transferable. Initial purchase must be made from Venture Games or any of our Authorized Dealers. Any claim must be made through Venture Games or one of our Authorized Dealers. Any Venture Game Table or Accessory purchased outside the Authorized Dealer Network is considered resale and holds no warranties or guarantees.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any items that have been altered, misused, neglected, improperly maintained, or accidentally damaged. This warranty does not cover any damage caused in the installation process. This includes shipping, unpacking, and installing of the accessory. The owner is responsible for installation and costs to remove or replace the warrantied part.
