Shipping Policy: Venture makes it easy to get your table delivered. All Venture tables include FREE curbside delivery. Additional shipping options are also available, such as inside garage delivery or professional delivery and installation, for additional costs.

Free curbside delivery for our table includes delivery via standard ltl (common carrier) with appointment and lift gate. Venture recommends having 2 or 3 people available for curbside delivery. The delivery company will contact you to make an appointment 2-3 days in advance. The window for delivery is normally 2-4 hours and 1/2 hour call ahead option is available.

Garage Delivery will include the ltl delivery with appointment, lift gate and will deliver into your garage for safe keeping.

Professional delivery and installation includes full blanket wrap installation into the room of choice. Full assembly of the table and removal of all debris. This includes one flight of steps (12) and 1 hour of installation. Venture only uses fully insured and licensed installers. Please include a few photos of your space and the steps, hazards, hallways, etc. for us to quote accurately.

Warranty

Venture Game Tables guarantees its shuffleboard tables against defects in material or workmanship, excluding normal wear. Venture Game Tables, at its discretion, will either repair or replace any parts that are deemed to be defective. This warranty is valid from the initial date of purchase and is subject to the terms below: 1-year warranty for the cradle and legs against any manufacturer defects. 60-day warranty for the electronic score unit including wires, lights, and buttons.

LIFETIME warranty for the playfield and finish against any manufacturer defects. Please note that wood has characteristics, which are outside the control of the manufacturer. Wood is a natural material and reacts to environmental conditions including, but not limited to, temperature and humidity. Wood can shrink and swell in response to the surrounding environment. In order to ensure stability of the wood, it is important that the shuffleboard be maintained in an environment with steady humidity and climatic adjusters installed properly. Natural variations of color and grain patterns within the playfield are not considered a manufacturing defect.

RETURNS AND REPAIRS

Venture Game Tables will replace the defective part(s) and is not required to replace the complete shuffleboard. Parts requested for inspection by Venture Game Tables shall be returned by the customer, prepaid, to Venture Game Tables. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be assigned to all return shipments. Shipments delivered to Venture Game Tables without an RA number will be refused and all associated fees will be the responsibility of the customer. If Venture Game Tables determines the part(s) to be defective, Venture Game Tables will repair and/or replace the part(s). Repairs or replacement of any defective parts fulfills Venture Game Tables’s obligations related to the shuffleboard.

Returns for large items are costly, Venture will make every effort to minimize out of pocket costs but due to the specialty nature of the products Venture manufactures; there are significant costs involved with returns.

Venture accepts returns only with prior authorization from the sales team. The item must be returned in the original packaging in new / unused condition. Each item is subject to a 20% restocking fee and all refunds are less the shipping charges for transit to and from the location.

Refunds are issued in the form of a corporate check issued for the refund amount after the item has been returned and inspected by the Venture team.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This Warranty only applies to the initial purchaser of the shuffleboard and is non-transferable. Initial purchase must be made from Venture Game Tables or any of our Authorized Dealers. Any claim must be initiated through the Authorized Dealer where the purchase was made. Any Venture Game Table purchased outside the Authorized Dealer Network is considered resale and holds no warranties or guarantees.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any items that have been altered, misused, neglected, improperly maintained, or accidentally damaged. This warranty does not cover any damage caused in the installation process. This includes shipping, unpacking, and installing of the shuffleboard. The owner is responsible for installation and costs to remove or replace the part under warranty.
